SISelune, the information system of the Sélune scientific program,…
An information system, called SISelune, comes to centralize, document and make the Sélune scientific program data available. The Sélune Observatory is currently collecting and processing the long-term monitoring data. SISelune lists them and makes them available to you. This information system, which is based on GeoSAS, will evolve with more data and new functionalities.
What is the use of SISelune?
SISelune will allow you to:
- find and download data through its catalog. The Sélune Observatory data, including current and previous monitoring (in connection with old research projects) are concerned first. Other data from the Sélune scientific can be integrated into this information system.
- visualize these data thanks to its cartographic portal
SISelune is powered by GeoSAS

The information system uses the interoperable infrastructures and tools made available by GeoSAS, the geographic information portal of the Joint Research Unit for Soil, Agro and hydrosystems, Spatialization (UMR SAS) INRAE – Agrocampus Ouest based on Rennes and Quimper.
This announcement is therefore an opportunity to thank GeoSAS, for their support and for talking about SISelune through:
- one page (in french) about the Observatoire Sélune
- a news (in french) on the cartographic portal
If you want to know more about SISelune, you can finally read its dedicated page.
